Good food can be found everywhere, from the darkest walk paths of old Kl, to the trendiest shopping centres. And good food is often shy, hiding among unsuspecting surroundings everywhere. F4 Steamed Fish Head is one of those little surprises you wouldn't expect in the middle of an industrial area.
It is a little bit hard to spot this place, even for me who visited the places a few times prior to this. If you are able to, then you are in luck. This place serves one of the freshest & yummiest steamed fish heads in town. It might not look much on the outside, but the food is really good.

We ordered the star dish of the day, steamed fish head with fermented soy bean sauce. I do not know what kind of fish they use, but it was very very fresh and tasty. Not even a hint of fishiness or those "mud taste", as i am quite certain it was a fresh water fish, maybe a carp? The sauce goes perfectly with the fish, the aromatic & saltiness compliments extremely well with the subtle freshness of the fish. Really really good!

so freshhhhhhhhhhh
We tried something new that day - Hakka style pork. Not really sure why is this called hakka style, its like a pork stew covered in a combination of soy sauce & fermented soy sauce. The meat of nice & tender, the sauce was a little too salty for my liking, but goes well with white rice.

The deep fried squid with salted egg was another winner. The crispiness of the fried squid and saltiness of the salted egg was like a match made in heaven. So good we simply had to order another plate.

A very good meal indeed. The bill came to less than RM80, would say this is really a value for money place. Food were so good they earned Eric's thumbs up as per shown in the pictures below.
