Blogger Sports Carnival with CityGolf, Bangsar Shopping Centre

I was lucky enough to be invited to Nuffnang's Bloggers Sports Carnival at CityGolf, Bangsar Shopping Centre lately. Being a (used to be) keen golfer, my golfing experiences in Malaysia is only limited to less than 10 visits to public golf courses in the country and weekends spent in driving ranges. So when I got the invitation from Nuffnang needless to say I was more than thrilled :D

















What attracted me was the golf simulators here. I have only heard about these babies before this and have yet to try for myself. Besides golfing games there were pool competition and darts as well, in which I tried my paws at also, heh.

Take a look at CityGolf, the only place in town where you can golf and have a cold beer right after work, without facing the sun!


















OK la if you wanna have a smoke or play some darts, you might have to face the sun.

The event started with us trying out the simulators and having a drink at the bar. Some finger food from courtesy of La Bodega were prepared for us.




















































































Cheap beers too during happy hours!























Tried my luck at golf....got a pretty good score and was 1st place :D


















































































For about 5 minutes...then I was pushed to the back....

So I tried my luck at pool...and lost...


















Then tried...darts...and lost...@#$^^^$!!!

It was a really fun experience for me, being able to have a go at the golf simulators and meeting so many bloggers at once. I am even considering signing up as a member of CityGolf :D
